How can I pursue the action against someone who stole my money in exchange for "credit repair"?
Almost a year that paid someone to repair my credit. She's license. I have a written contract. She has done nothing to help my credit and will not respond to questions by phone or email. How can I inform agencies licensed by the state (Texas) and the credit bureaus? This person is a member of the Better Business Bureau. She works for a mortgage company, but not the "credit repair" independently. By "independent" I mean she does not represent any company. This is his "side business". She does not represent a company. From there you can connect to a court small claims to try to get a refund of your money or you can contact a lawyer with all that have arisen with the company about the project and have the lawyer the company a letter that says he will sue them if they return your money. Step Two ~ Discovery

- How can they manage their money and property as their lifestyle changes?
