Credit Repair License Texas

How can I pursue the action against someone who stole my money in exchange for "credit repair"?
Almost a year that paid someone to repair my credit. She's license. I have a written contract. She has done nothing to help my credit and will not respond to questions by phone or email. How can I inform agencies licensed by the state (Texas) and the credit bureaus? This person is a member of the Better Business Bureau. She works for a mortgage company, but not the "credit repair" independently. By "independent" I mean she does not represent any company. This is his "side business". She does not represent a company. She is a member of the BBB. She is a loan officer with independently license credit repair as a secondary business. I have a contract with one year warranty, signed on 23 July 2006.
Many of these companies do not offer guarantees on their services as it is almost impossible to guarantee that they will improve someone's credit. Unfortunately someone pay for a service is taking a chance. You pay your barber for a haircut with the hope that he / she will give you a nice haircut. You pay a service Lawn care, in hopes of improving your lawn care or care for your lawn better than you. Unfortunately, all utilities do not always provide the type of service you are looking for. If you can prove that the credit repair company did little or nothing to improve your credit you may have a case, but if they can demonstrate documented evidence that actually did what it was supposed to and they simply do not help improve your credit, you will have a difficult time. I would contact the Office of the Attorney General of Texas and file a claim, file a complaint online with the Better Business Bureau, and also find the name of the company is making search Google with the name of the company "in quotes" to see if any information appears on the company to take advantage of anyone or not providing the service than previously thought. Another good place is ripoffreport.com to see if anyone has had a similar experience. From there you can connect to a court small claims to try to get a refund of your money or you can contact a lawyer with all that have arisen with the company about the project and have the lawyer the company a letter that says he will sue them if they return your money. Best of luck and sorry to hear about your unfortunate incident with this company. There are many of these types of credit repair companies and many of them are scams.
