Credit Repair Validation Letter
I sent a letter of credit validation credit agency to validate a debt of $ 4367 some apartment ……?
This amount is outrageous to me. He responded with a letter he had received my request that .. my dispute has been investigated but have not yet found sufficient evidence to validate my claim. My opinion is that you have to validate or eliminate that debt …. Any advice would be much appreciated.
How much do you think you owe? The 4367 is big enough to take to court and get a ruling? They may have to fall into the report if not validated, but will not keep out of court. Have you tried to settle the account for a fraction of that 4367?
