Do I need a license in the state of California to open a credit repair service as an individual?
If someone could point me in the right direction or know of some online resources for credit restoration would appreciate. Thanks
Go to City Treasurer to see if you have to pay taxes. It also guides you by the license. THe Secretary of State responsible for licensing, if necessary. You will be charged $ 10 for issuing a "Trade Name" for your business. If someone already has the name, you can buy from them or to choose another. I opened my own business in 2001. Hopefully I had done before. /
