Is there a way to consolidate federal student loans with a private student loan before July 1 deadline?

I 3 loans to students through the federal Gov't (Perkins, direct federal and a "door" – Loan AES). I also have a small private student loan through Citibank. I want to consolidate 4 of the deadline of July 1, but none combine private and federal. I notices in the but everyone seems scam to me. Any financial experts have any ideas?

For all I know is only a consolidation loan you can consolidate Govt private loans.
