It was assumed I should have all my payments deferred until after gradutation. But when I was trying to solicit a new loan with my mother being a guarantor, we were denied by each student loan. So when I finally called them and asked them what was the deal. I was told that a loan, the lower the name of my mother has set as the default – over 90 days late. So he ordered a credit report and appearing in there too. I'm still in the school and I; VE loan, but had been deferred until after graduation. What are some things I can do to record away from my mom? My mother used to get another student loan or any type of loan if a lender sees that a loan has been defualt for 30 days ..
You need to complete a deferment form and send it to indicate that they are still in school. If her mother co-signed for a loan regardless of the type can not be withdrawn from it until it is paid or refinance in your name. You may send a letter to the lender to explain that's not too late since they are in school and need withdrawn from his credit report and your mom, because it is a mistake. You should not outstanding payments.
