Private Non Federal Student Loans

Hello. I have a strange situation. I am not a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen U.S. (my application for perm. Residence is pending) and am currently enrolled for graduate Schoolden and school starts in 45 days. As I was looking for loans student and its ratings, I learned that I am eligible for a private student loan, banks like Chase or Citi, of course, U.S. citizens and (which is not a problem). Can anyone tell me what is the best option for private student loans, rates and payment plans. loan amount is approximately $ 25,000. People who have had an experience like me, please share Thanks, PS I am not eligible for FAFSA, and any other Federal Loans enrollment, not yet.
