Who do I contact about an unauthorized student loan was taken on my behalf?
I never applied for this loan, but the apparently attending the school received money because thats what I said CitiBank. I said my academic adviser to the government would pay for my studies, because I am low income with a child .. Now months later, I was harassing phone calls from Citibank says that I owe money! This is false! Any help please? I have not read I signed everything, but I know they wanted me bad advice at that school, and I feel it signed a loan for me so she could get the commission for me joining the school. The lady at Citibank said that was signed electronically on your site, Ive never been in place.
