Credit Repair Fraud
My father ruined my life?
To make a long story short, my father took as 8 credit cards in my name when I turned 18 … Now I am 23 and have not wanted to put him in trouble, because after all, she is my dad and I love him, not to mention kept promising he would pay for them. (no) These cards are maxed out and have a hundred and some thousands of dollars in interest stacked on top of them. Now I'm being taken to court for money owed in most of these. I know I should have done something a while ago, but fraud and identity theft is a huge deal these days and was not sure what would happen with him. My credit is beyond trash because of this. I decided that I have no choice but to confess and try to get my life back in order and say that my signature illegally for these cards. Is this repair my credit and what will happen? Is it too late to do anything about this? Please help. Thanks in advance.
